Renaissance Development Group has broken ground on the most recent affordable housing project, nicknamed “Bloom.”
“The city wants to see some revitalization happening in that part of 41, and we’re hoping to help with that. And bloom is meant to be a kind of positive connotation that things are kind of blooming, growing and changing,” said Managing Partner, Tom Rossi of Renaissance Development Group.
